These requirements are not interchangeable. For a regional or local tournament, check its manual and any governing-body or state-association adoption before using a general jersey template.
Prepare the order
- Confirm the organization, event, season and uniform contact.
- Freeze the roster and verify each player’s permitted number and number placement.
- Compare player and Libero colors in the actual fabric and print process. Ask the event contact about borderline contrast.
- Check the team’s sizing chart, garment cut, sleeve options and reorder availability.
- Approve a sample or proof showing the front, back, number dimensions, color contrast and Libero design.
Ask the supplier to confirm every detail in writing before production. A digital mock-up can make two shades look more distinct than they appear on the chosen fabric, so review the actual colors when possible.
